Yes. We recommend clients download the app and the tour before they head out, so everything's ready to go. Tours are GPS-triggered and work completely offline once downloaded, so there's no need for a data connection during the experience, which is especially useful for clients on roaming plans abroad.

How does the commission work?

As a partner, you earn a share of every tour your clients buy. The commission is tracked through Awin, our affiliate network. Once you join, you'll get a unique tracking link, and clicking through that link before a client buys is what makes sure the sale is attributed to you. Can we book tours for a group of clients?

Yes. You can buy multiple copies of a tour on behalf of a group in a single purchase, and a volume discount is applied automatically at checkout, the bigger the group, the bigger the discount. You'll receive one redemption code to forward to your clients.

How do clients redeem a tour we've bought for them?

We send a redemption link that opens the VoiceMap app automatically, or takes them to the App Store or Google Play first if they don't have it yet. Clients can also enter the code manually in the app. We'd suggest sending the code a few days before the trip, so there's time to download before they travel.

Can we recommend tours in any of the destinations we sell?

With over 2,300 tours across 700+ destinations, there's a good chance we already cover the places you send clients most often. If we don't yet have a tour somewhere you sell regularly, let us know. It may be worth prioritising.

Do clients need to buy the tour before they travel?

No. Clients can buy and download a tour any time, before departure or once they've landed, whichever suits their plans.
